Public Classes

I teach a blend of traditional Hatha Yoga and slow flow. My classes typically include asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, relaxation and a sprinkling of yogic philosophy and inspiration
to support you both on and off the mat. 
Classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners and improvers with differing levels of challenge 
offered, allowing all students to work at their own level and pace.
Demos and clear instructions encourage correct alignment and the benefits of a posture are frequently shared.
You will be warmly welcomed into a friendly class and community which is neither competitive nor judgmental.

or can be delivered online via zoom from my studio to the comfort of your own home.
